when your nostril stings.

You know in the winter, when you get this SHARP pain in your nostril? Yeah, I hate that shit.

"Very often in the winter, due to the dry weather with very little humidity, the nose can become quite dry. This can lead to some crusting forming in the nose, particularly within the nostril. This can cause some discomfort, which would be aggravated by wrinkling the nose or flaring the nostrils. The best way to treat this problem is to keep the nose moist, such as with a topical saline nasal spray."
